This is similar to Amarylyn's No Limit game, with a few key differences.

And before anyone asks - yes, I did ask permission to set up a similar game.

The main differences will be as follows:

1) The rake is set to 10% (there is a reason for the slightly higher rake).
2) There is a BONUS added onto the winnings each round that is NOT counted into the pot.
3) 25% of the rake rolls into the bonus per round.
4) If nobody wins the pot, half of it rolls into the next rounds bonus.
5) The channel for my game is Beginner No Limit

This is the first game I have attempted to run, so I chose to try one with a relatively simple system.

Rules are(takes directly from my bio):

1. Join the chat channel "Jita Drone Lottery"
2. Place your bid. You may use only tech 1 light drones and it costs more to use more drones.
Prices are:

3000k - one drone
4500k - two drones
6750k - three drones
9000k - four drones
12000k - five drones

(Note that prices are subject to change as I do more runs of the lottery and determine proper pricing)

3. When all players have bid, I will undock in a merlin. I drop a container with one piece of ammo for each player. One I say go, everyone attacks me with the allowed amount of drones.
4. Whoever scores the final blow on me gets 90% of the pot, I keep the extra 10%.
5. If someone attacks before I give the word, or uses too many drones, they are disqualified. If the finalblower is disqualified, the top damage dealer receives the prize. My word on disqualifications is final.
6. No drone bonused ships (Vexor, Arbitrator, Myrmidon, Dominix) are allowed.

Any questions about the rules may be asked in the channel.

In essence, people put money into the pot to try to kill me. The one who lands the final blow is the winner.

The price changes will likely be increases to provide more incentive to play. Possible future additions also include the ability to bet on the winner in a separate pool, allowing t2 drones (for extra money), and rewards for top damagedealers.

I understand that a lot of this is simply my word, which is why the prices aren't that special at the moment, to make people more willing to risk it. Once I'm known to be legitimate, the prices (and rewards) will go up.

From this day onwards for several coming months I will be organizing a weekly lottery, with the prize being a Raven Battleship. The location of the Battleship will be MOTSU, surprise surprise Wink

The rules are like this;

There will be 60 tickets, each ticket costs 2 Million isk, 5 tickets maximum per character.

If you are buying a ticket, or tickets, send ISK to DREDD xCZx with the reason as x number of lottery tickets, and your number/numbers. I will put these down on the reserve list below this post.

The lottery will be started on the Monday of every week, and finish on the Sunday, or if all the tickets are bought before then.

I will use a random number generator on the internet to determine the winning ticket.

I have been running pub trivia quizzes for the last few months. It is now time for the October quiz. The quiz will be held on Wednesday, 22nd October 2008 at 18:30 gametime in the channel Azia's Pub Quiz.

The base prize is 20,000,000 split over 50 questions (400k per question). There is an entrance fee of 1,000,000 payable to me at any point during the quiz (put "entrance fee" in the reason box). Half of the fee gets added to the current prize value; the other 500,000 is reserved for the end of year quiz prize. Donations towards the prize are welcome.

All the points gained during the quiz will be added towards the player's yearly score. The highest scoring players will win a large prize after the end of year quiz. The final prizes are still to be announced. The current scores are viewable here:

There will be two lottery categories. The first will be for a destroyer, entry is free for anyone (please if you are an older player don't enter.) Second will be a cruiser lotto for any cruiser of your choice. Entry fee will be 200k. My hope is that with the tickets being this low many people will participate.

Now, on to the way you win. You have post here what number you would like and send the fee (if it is the cruiser lotto) to me in game with the reason being your desired ticket number. The drawing will be based on the bonus ball for this lottery. There are only 49 ticket slots available for section.

Last things-You may enter in the cruiser lotto multiple times. You may not in the destroyer lottery.

Essentially you can deposit money to my casino character then request the money be transferred to your EBANK account all automatically.

This enables me to offer automated Lotteries that don't require user interaction to run, hourly, daily etc.

Would this be something that might be of interest?

Essentially you would be able to participate in daily - reliable lotteries. I know there are some issues with trust ability still - not sure how to overcome those.

since the last attempt didnt really go over well (who wants to risk stuff in sell orders?), ive decided to give it another try.

Eve online holdem is running its module games!

if you have any half decent module (or mod package) that just cant be sold, contact me or any other EOH banker and we can try to sell it!

how it works:
1.

YOU. The seller. bring it to either oursulaert, jita, or amarr. keep it in station, join channel Eve online Hold'em, and convo one of the active bankers. give them the price you want on the module (keep it reasonable guys) and either
stay online, in channel OR
Contract to the active banker, for safekeeping. the banker will send you money at the end


2.

US. The bankers. we start up the game as a winner take all tournament. the prize? your modules, or the isk pot (hey, there are people out there who dont want mods ). the game is run, and at the end, the winner chooses. if he chooses the isk pot, you are asked wether or not you want to try and sell it again via this method, or hold onto it.

however, should he choose the module, it would either be
you contract to the person who is the winner
or
the banker gives the module away, and gives the isk to the module owner.

THE TERMS OF USE

there are just a few rules we try to go by.
keep module price OVER 200 million, but UNDER 2 billion
if a module package is made, please give contract to a banker so we can show the contract in the game channel. it makes it easier to sell, and easier to show
Keep module value what it is really worth. case in point, 2 bil for a dark blood EANM.

I have personally sold some of my stuff this way, and i have to say, it makes for the most interesting games i have ever seen.
