With the new OMAR office established, one of the primary problems encountered was staff needed to handle the tedious paperwork and call center activities. The problem was solved when the head of OMAR, Pulgor Edallan, donated 11,850 slaves to the Neo-Citizen program. These slaves were formerly from a plantation he ran sponsored by the Ammatar Consulate.

This plantation was fueled almost entirely by the Ammatar Consulate as they funneled their best and brightest slaves into the endeavor. Now these slaves have earned their way one rung up society's ladder and are currently being transformed into new Neo-Citizens ready to serve Metatron Inc. and the Empire.

Initial estimates say that training should be concluded at the end of the month and these new Neo-Citizens will be back at work in the OMAR office taking calls and filing applications.

This is another shining example of how the OMAR is helping make life better for everyone!
-----------------------------------

Pulgor --- In service to Saram.
Visit the Ammatar channel ingame!
