do 1506.10m/s in a deimos with local overdrive
think it's a serious contender for the last low slot compaired to a relay, if your strapped for cpu.

For PvP, I'd probably go with,
4x ion, 1x electron, 1x med nos
mwd, web, scrambler
med rep, expl hardner, RCU II, 2x mag field, and a relay.

Maybe a overdrive to get up the speed a little, it's pretty slow.

1 t2 small nost
1 t2 10mn mwd
1 commander web
1 commander warp scram
1 t2 med rep
2 t2 dmg mods
1 1600mm rolled tungsten
2 RCU2

or
1 medium caps injector
1 explosive armor hardener

with engi 5 u will have 1093 PG and a total of 1444 with he 2 rcu2
this does almost doom ur caps so replace a med with a injector as u should have 85 caps left after fitting.

the cpu requirments might be a problem but ive not done the math on them yet

according to what I saw, you can loose almost all the armour hardeners exept the explosive one (gallente assault ships are good at every armour resist, exept explosive). add a RCU II and loose the plate. that means at least 3 free low slots. ofc you can fit 1 active explosive and 2 T2 adaptive energised ones, so in sum, for the lows: med T2 rep + 2 T2 energised adaptives + 1 explosive hardener + CPR + RCUII. swap one of the adaptives for a dmg mod if you like .. not that I don't know if this is *****ble

...as a sidenote, you could use ions instead of electrons, but that would gimp the rest of the setup a bit
