This. A+ for effort though.

Maller is too slow to and weak on DPS to Nano+Scorch properly, Point Blank Tank+Gank is terribly weak even if you use Blasters(Which you should on a Scram Maller), and Active tank is terribly weak due to **** poor cargohold(not enough room for boosters).

Its only strong point is its ability to have a strong buffer for cheap. You can be an obvious but effective bait for your gang, and that's about it.

You can have a good active tank. In PvE.
