Anyway Xetic did what they felt they had to do. This is what felt right to them so leave them be with it. At least they are takeing responsobility for what one of there corps has done and not tried to blame it on we are kicking them atm(OS).

Well, you are mistaken i afraid. Holding stations is not all i agree here with you. But also i see some nice kills from FA side and from RKK side, and its almost tied up. More of that, i doubt only FA members die in Delve, and saying so is purely wrong, if not to say more.

I must fully agree with you. FA are mostly cowards and Imperium, well,, do they still exist? After fighing FA for the better part of three months I honestly must say I have no respect for 99% of their pilots I encountered. From the ppl smalktalking while docked in NPC stations to HUN Macro miners (yes we killed the same group without warp scramming them many times), to the false forum bravado, they get no respect.

Now, I did meet a few decent and quality pilots during my time there. I am sure they too will leave sooner rather than later.

Your alliance's pilots went into space that wasn't your own and shot at the residents of said space. You're the aggressors here. I'm not exactly sure what you're whining about. The losses are not of significance in this matter, and for your information Ben Wallace it was two BS taken down on each side!!

Rubra accept this apology on the terms that it was offered and intended. Xetic have acted with great diplomacy and honour in this matter, which is regarded far higher than any financial restitution. If all alliances considered negotiation before firepower they would have far wider options available to them and the capacity to flourish.

I would like to thank in particular KSUDruid for his patience, grace and diplomacy, when those around him were irate and less reasonable.

The actions were taken by a XETIC member corporation, and not in line with the actions of the Federation. Although misguided the actions were, everyone tends to make mistakes from time to time. We accept the incident as an error in judgment on the part of the corporation involved, and they have assured nothing of the such will take place ever again.

The XETIC federation has paid compensation of an undisclosed amount to the parties involved and has taken steps to insure that an incident such as this never takes place again.

It is hoped that in the future our common bonds and beliefs will prevail instead of the bloodshed that has taken place on this occasion. My personal thanks are extended to all those involved in making sure cooler heads prevailed on this day.
