To illustrate the dedication of our members and management, I have an example that shows how we deal with setbacks and problems in Synergy.:

A few months ago, before I joined, Synergy. got robbed by a director from all our Capital ship BPO's, losing about 30-40bil isk in the process. While a lot of corps would disband or people would leave EvE cause of this, Synergy. decided they would not let one person destroy everything we've worked hard for, so the corp started working even harder and now we are producing all type of Dreadnaughts again, with Carriers and Freighters soon to follow.

We don't give up when faced with a problem, we solve it and seek new challenges, to make our members enjoy the game and advance in the universe.

To be able to accomplish our goals faster and better, Synergy. has restructured it's management, older directors have stepped down while new, promising members have taken over to be able to lead both Synergy. and IRON into Kali. Members showing a lot of dedication and skill certainly have the chance to grow in the corp with the many projects that are being worked on or that are active right now.

This might be a long 'bump', but this is to show everyone out there that our corp is growing and thriving, and we need YOU to help us achieve our goals, while we help you achieve yours .

Yeah im still about, im always interested in what you guys do next :). Currently im snowed under with work, so much work, no matter tho ill be back in a month. We have industrialists, PvP'ers, mission runners and miners. Aside from the usual team-player requirement, all are welcome, with the ability to duct-tape a a few guns to the side of whatever you fly looked on very favourably. Excessive alcohol consumption is mandatory however should you ever wish to make upper management (shots anyone??)

The corporation has been a member of the Imperial Republic Of the North since its inception, and still proudly stands next to their allies E X O D U S and Intergalactic Corp in IRON, and corporations and alliances that we've been living and working with for the past months. At the moment IRON does not claim any 0.0 regions, although we have access to regions like Pure Blind and Deklein, when isk making is needed.


We are looking for people that know well how to work in a team, have at least 5mil skill points, and are or want to specialize in combat, industry and science. Note that with industry we mean working together with corpmembers to make a contribution to the corp in the first place, we have no need for leeches that are only in for the easy isk.

We can offer you a young corporation with a experienced and committed management, that's developing it's industrial capacity rapidly (we have about 10 T2 BPO's in production, and we are producing all four Dreadnaught types as well, with the Carriers production about the kick off soon). Our combat wing is also developing steadily to meet the corp and alliances growing need for combat.
