For defence I would go with a medium shield extender (best named, not enough PG for T2). Considering the ship has such large signature radius to begin with a medium extender will only have minimal impact on it while almost tripple you shield HP.

So speed booster, extender and of course web in mid leaves you 2 slots. I put a scambler in one, not always you can use the bubble and you need a way to keep holding him if he manage to move out of it. Then some sort of EW in the last, it's possible to fit a multispec jammer if go with named rocket or put a cpu in low. I prefer the named rockets and a nanofiber in low. There is no t2 ammo that is worth using for rockets anyway and I can live with the small dps loss.

And btw with the right combination of named and t2 it all fits perfectly, 0.5 cpu and 0.2 pg left :)
