The usage of ECM is really a good indicator of PVP skill. 1 falcon, 2 falcons or 2 rooks in a 10 man gang. Seriously? In before "it's for engaging those stupid 2x to 5x numbers. Also in before my fleet couldn't break a single Scimitar RR.
