If you are doing small gang stuff fit a couple of sensor boosters and sit 180k off of a gate. Ensure that your tackle/gang mates will live long enough to keep a potential killmail from warping off. Fire missiles and kill things. It's not terribly...

It seems to be working for you. I don't see your problem. Only thing I could think of is maybe to add a sensor booster with lock range scripts to help compensate for your gimped lock range from the stabs.

Can also fill the lows with speed mods and use javelin rockets. Safer. You will be out DPSed my about any other inty. Don't get me wrong. Lows seem pretty solid for what you want to do with it IMO.
