Thanks for the tip. It seems the issue only happens in ruby development environment. If i switch to production it works fine. I will continue to mess around with it and see if i can figure out why.

You have to make an application on the devsite and add the scopes you need. https://developers.eveonline.com/blog The error is basically saying that the token you used isn't authorized to get wallet data.

Tested and working one. This will display the date of every entry with refTypeID of 37. If you get the N/A error it just means you do not have any refTypeID 37s in your journal. You would either have to up the rowCount variable or walk the journal...
