As of late, automated means have been defeating CAPTHCA at a success rate of around 25% (don't have the actual success rate in front of me). Even at 25% a macro will still be able to target something else shortly. Nice idea but not sure how effect...

Actually the idea is appealling, not just from anti-blob but just another dynamic to fleet fighting. I have a few suggestions. Require the use of target painters to lase the intended target. That way it will take teamwork and risk to your support...

I agree with Thanat. Who cares where I choose to reside? Why do so many people care who goes to 0.0? Is the OP not happy with 0.0 as it is. If you don't like a lack of targets, go wardec someone and go to highsec. There are already better minerals...
