802. Wayposts when running scans - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
Originally by: Juana Morlaine Ok, so wayposts in 0.0 without being static, without beacon to warp to and without an agent are a bug. Good to know, since I found at least one such system. It's not necessarily a bug, but it's possibl...

804. Improved Level 5 missions - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
As per comments I just made in this thread, we realized while digging through the rewards code recently that it wasn't properly scaling the rewards by level in the case of level 5 missions. This issue was corrected and the rewards increased to t...

805. On the mission reward balancer - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Originally by: Marlenus Does the balancing formula take into account the number of times the mission has been attempted, but not completed? I think you have answered this by omission, and that the answer is "no". But it would be very usef...

806. Wayposts when running scans - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
No, the ONLY sites that should be Wayposts are those that are static, ie stay in the same spot and respawn the NPCs inside rather than being exploration sites and thus moving around. Angel Hub, Radiance and so on aren't in this group, it's just th...

807. Improved Level 5 missions - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
I'm thinking from reading this thread that the bug-squashing we did in EA is leading to payouts that people think are more satisfactory?

808. Wayposts when running scans - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
Yup, any complex which has a fixed position is now a Waypost. Previously at least some of these were showing up as "Unknown" which was confusing the hell out of people. If it's visible as a beacon it's unlikely that it's possible to probe it, and ...

809. On the mission reward balancer - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Every time we introduce new missions a few people notice that the payouts are not what they expect and ask about it. This thread should hopefully answer the majority of such questions in future! Mission payouts are calculated dynamically, and rel...

815. new missions rewards ... not worth it? - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Just to reiterate the point that we make every single time new missions are added: the payouts are based on average completion time and it takes a while for the system to populate with useful data. Until then the payouts are going to be much lower...
