I just realized this, and found it to be AMAZING. We miners can now jetcan mine in peace (mostly) If someone flips your can, just scoop it up. Apparently if the person has a suspect timer, their cans can be looted freely (you won't get s suspect ...

For PvE, yes, the Tengu is probably the best T3. That being said, in my point of view, the Tengu is the worst PvP T3. (its slower, lower dps, etc)
