That's just a stereotype. Rewarding players for actively playing makes sense. The only reason to argue against it is if you have a ton of SP and you really don't want to see anybody accumulate a lot.

I think it's a good idea. The main thing i would like to see is the AFK corporations being reset. I hate that a ton of people signed up in 03' took a ton of good corporation names / tickers and then decided to never play again.
