In short, no. There are a couple of rigs that will reduce CPU usage on certain mods though, but nothing special (IMHO).

Exequror or Vexor. Personally I use a Vexor because although it comes with a little less cargo space it has an extra high for an additional salvager (2 tractors/3 salvagers). My cargo space on the vexor is appx 1,200 m3 with Betas on the lows.
