If i remember it correctly, the current insurance numbers are the result of an early attempt to discourage suicide ganking. Since you no longer get insurance at all if concord gets you I don't see why we can't go back to what we had.

To be fair, changing links can't kill solo pvp, because being solo means being alone. As in one, not two. edit- I'd like the numbers to be even lower but it's probably something you want to look at in action first before adjusting it (downward).
