So the point of this post is to try to mitigate the effects of fatigue on sub cap pilots, while still using the fatigue system to limit the power projection. Make the pilot of the bridging/jumping cap ship get fatigue but not the pilots jumping. ...

Also.... Super capitals have a max concuront users of 10, which is there because of what the op suggests but it is never used because you can just log them. So for that intended feature to be used this needs to happen
