That skill list looks like it would add a lot of game imbalance. I wouldn't really want to see more performance based skills but more convience based. I'd like to see a skill set that allowed users the option of pulling out implants. WIth maybe ...

tbh that's all you need. for the more challenging missions just take off the TC and put an injector in it's place. that'll buy you more time to take out the dps.

tbh I'd be perfectly happy with additional spec skills that only add 2%. as long as I can continue to train the skills that relate to my gameplay. I don't really see the need to have massive advantages over lower sp players. Christ I'm training OR...

I've been playing eve for 9 years and have only been ninja salvaged once. I don't understand how people can be so stupid. I mean it really isn't a difficult thing to avoid. Tbh these threads actually make me want to start ninja salvaging....
