actually the first idea was just moving mercoxit to low. miners would have to mine in low for T2 production. those in a pvp/pve corp would have their corpmates to protect them from pirates and those who are in a pure pve corps could hire some guns.

well, T2 production needs it so people have to go to low to produce stuff. also to minimize the whining the damage cloud concept could be scrapped and deep core mining skill could give 2% additional output per level. that should compensate a bit f...
