The only tank a dictor had was speed. Then that was knocked back by the dictor speed nurf, but that hurt all but the sabre. Now this nurf has them running less than 3k/s (mine at 2.5k). One shot from anything and its toast...

Large battles in low-sec are pretty fun, less likely to get blobbed by caps. So is it possible that some way you only get 1 sec hit for a big fight. Whether its only one per 15 mins, i feel something is needed to make larger scale battles more ap...
