I think WiS would be awesome but it's not something I think is of the utmost importance. One day it would be sweet to explore long lost stations if just for the lore alone. Until then, I am happy with the direction they are going.

If you are actively affecting the battle and in system then yes. I agree that active boosters should show up but not everyone in system need be. If you have half the fleet in a POS, afk, grabbing a beer while others are still playing D or whatnot ...
