Not only T2 variant needed. Meta1-4, Meta8, Meta 10-14 Each meta level till 4th decreases cap usage, meta 5 (t2) gives 16% to each resist, faction gives 16% and decreased cap usage, ded space 17% or something similar

Still i think that CCP should bring new faction's weapons and ammo skills. And faction weapons will be slightly boosted, without interference with T2 stuff. Important note, unlike T2 those new faction skills will give bonuses, but not be prequirem...

I guess that CSs will be rebalanced first amongst the t2ships. Probably next expansion will have mentioned CS, pirate ships rebalances, improvements of Odyssey rebalance and new navy BSs (ex-tier3). I doubt that we will see reworked marauders soon...
