We already had this pre-2008, it made boats like the Eos too powerful. So CCP introduced bandwidth to help keep drones within hull sizes. Don't need Eos with full flights of heavies again.

All, So I have been using this install on Eve for the past 2+ years, but a recent patch of both WINE and EVE has caused all sound to stop working. WINE does have sound, sound tests produce sound and many other games are producing sounds correctly...
