The primary role of any Field Command Ship is to dish out insane damage while tanking very well. I just stopped there and really laughed out loud. The term "balance" is to prevent any ship from doing exactly that. You're supposed to choose.

10. How much better is a Ferox over a Caracal? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Damagewise, would it be better to choose caracal for guristas? (kinetic) Lost my ferox due to a crash, and since I have another account tanking it kinda feels right to go all on damage on my alt (account for 2 lows on the caracal and 4 on the ferox)

In this case, long range = 15 km, they have disruptors and would own you. I'd put an mwd on the claw with a few nanos. If you're going to lose you'll always outmwd people =)

A few days ago I finished mordus lvl 4 mission in a rupture, crusader, exequror and maller. It was rather easy, although the crusader tanked through transversal velocity and the execuror pilot had mad remote armor rep skills.
