IIRC CCP has said that these are intermediate colours. Hues depend on lighting, and there are some lighting tweaks that can only be implemented when all assets are V3'd.

Start with a Dominix. 350mm rails, active armor tank with mission-specific hardeners, sentry drones, omnidirectional tracking links and target painter in the mids. Some propulsion, the new Micro Jump Drive looks like it's gaining ground in PVE.
