I assume your also saying that remote reps would repair the armor modules? as otherwise in a fight you go in with say 100K EHP, take some damage, get repped back to 100% armor but now have say 40K EHP and so on.

Knowledge of your static comes from scanning down your system, monitoring sigs, etc. you do need a reference point somewhere tho - i.e. if your starting from scratch and want to be sure you'd have to scan down and warp to every wormhole in system,...

The combined effects to speed and agility are ok but I still see it as just another skill to train up. IMO it would have been a far more useful feature as a per level bonus on certain ships like the deimos for instance.

I wouldn't be against it for k-space to k-space holes, infact I can see a lot of potential for putting some new life into stale k-space mechanics, but it would break a lot of wormhole dynamics and be very bad in general if it was possible to do it...
