Strategic modules, customizable, but only slightly better than t2 at 3-5 times the cost, the advantage comes from the customizability Also if there is slot adding stuff it should be rigs, or slot conversion can work directly from high to low

Clearing something up, its the GATES that are responsible for local, if you are using a stargate there is local, because the second you jump through it projects your info into a local list. So nullsec will have local, unless ccp feels like dumpin...

Alrighty, i agree in principle, but really in eve it just dosent fit, yes i love spinal guns greatly (mmmm...... sajuuk) but for eve it really just dosent fit, maybe in other games, but eve would need a major rehaul for it to work properly
