Removing the region restriction would be the best thing you could do. Travelling to an other region just to accept a contract is very annoying.

TBH, range on the hulk is useless in my opinion since it is always accompanied by an orca, which is giving it more range with its boosts. This range boost will not make me use it any more than I did before.

As long as this post is noticed from the devs and we can agree exploration lost some of it's appeal, we should be working on a fix. The new UI is pretty cool, but not at the cost of lowered reward, even more in low sec and 0.0.
