This is the best implementation of this idea. There are plenty of skills that you need to get to level 5, and if you set your queue to end on one of those skills, you will slowly accumulate points in it. Look how about everyone else adopts this ...

I like my caldari alt with 9's except for cha being 3. Although I would probably would have preferred going with something like Int: 11, Perc: 11, Will: 7, Mem: 7, Cha:3 4 8 15 16 23 42
