So just found out that CCP is planning on expanding the ship lines for Gurista using Caldari ship designs. they are also creating whole new ship designs to expand the Angel ship line... So yeah a Caldari-Minmatar faction is not coming any time so...

the only way i could see this working is if the cruisers were made as sub-cap disrupters and BC made to be capital disrupters. but under the current mechanic both sub-caps and capitals can be disrupted by cruisers.
