I would assume it would be reimbursed as the skills lost, and if you've trained the lost skills during this, the amount you've trained during this would be reimbursed as unallocated skill points. 99.9999% sure that they have the logs/backups.

Needs a FOV setting rather than a hidden shortcut, and it needs to remember the FOV so that we won't have to reset it everytime.
