Rockets can't hit drones? news to me, but two neutron blasters also fit. as would a standard missile launcher with electrons. Cap stability is not an issue with this fit. Eft says what? that with all modules running constantly it lasts 3minutes2...

that's just so fail. everyone flying it like before the nano rebalance.. use all it's bonuses like a real man, you're main enemies are a. drones, so fit close range weapons for dealing with them and at least some measure of hp (a dc) b. your lock...

out to 54 you have your full jam potential.. the next 50 is a sorta curve down to 50% of your max jam %... and the next 50% is sort of a sharp drop down from 50% to almost nothing to nothing. but you do still have a chance of jamming out there.......

if you're goal is to be able to turn on a dime, align on a dime etc. if you're flying with a group of snipers and you need to be constantly changing your warp out point in order to not get stuck. when you don't care a bit about speed.

depends on what for larger gangs with some sort of logistical support? buffer small gangs? expecting to take cruiser sized dps that you can separate at least a bit? dual reps are sick for that "SPEED + GANK = SPANK... Spank that ***** up"
