I have spent quite a while trying to figure out how to create folders since reading your post, the feature quite clearly does not exist. Please add folders to the bookmark menu in the ingame browser.

I find it difficult to know which container is which, or which corelli scout is which, when they jump up and down on the overview. Why isn't there an option to have a stable overview that doesn't rearrange itself when it feels like it?
