I have to say I think the problem for me at least is fixed I cannot get a lag of 10 secs + anymore so am very happy. Thx CCP devs (I odnt get to say that often).

Greatly improved...thank you. When running 2 clients there is still a delay of around 10-30 secs in some jumps but at least I can now play with 2 accounts at once.

It does really depend on youer skills most people use a passive shield tanked ishtar, mine does lvl 4 missions without dropping below 50% sheilds unless I am not paying attension. I also use sentry drones as the dmg out put is far higher than ligh...
