Gallente Cruiser Skill Bonus: 5% bonus to Medium Hybrid Turret damage and 10% bonus to drone hitpoints and damage per skill level. Do believe this resembles the Vexor bonus. Also the hulls look amazingly similar. But I guess I am still wrong.

The Ishtar is the HAC version of the Vexor, yet from what I have seen the mentality of the two ships are very different. The Vexor, from what I have read on forums, is typically plated and therefore is a slow beast that mwd's to target and unleash...
