Id have to agree with hawkeye on this i dont think the hawk would be any good for pvp you are maybe better off getting a t1 cruiser instead.. Ive always though the hawk was only great for missions or in a small gang in low sec but never know someo...

You should be able to get done level 4s even the hardest ones just useing 1 battleship with a good tank and dps on it no need for 3
