What 'plexes' are you trying to run? There are many types of complex in Eve, how to run them depends on what type they are. If you're talking about FW plexes, as I'm guessing you are, all you need is a frig with an AB.

As I see it, here's what it boils down to. In fleets where mobility is a non-issue and there is fitting room to spare, T2 will be superior. If agility is an issue or fitting room is limited, meta4 will be the plate to use.
