4. [CCP] Poor geometry optimization. - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
When you turn your z-buffers off you sholud see that eve's engine is most likely doing backface culling only, and in this case doublefaced and hidden polys have some impact on performance. However, that impact is minimal and nobody would ever noti...

5. Scanning down other players - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Has anyone tried scanning out a player ship sitting in deadspace? This was kind of difficult with the old probes (since 3 expansions back I think).

6. Torpedos? On my Tengu? - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Originally by: Malthros Zenobia While admirable for trying, that setup just wouldn't work (you forgot about CPU I think) for a few reasons, the least of which being it wouldn't properly fit, and would skew the ship towards everything else....

7. Tech 3 Ship - Feedback Thread - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Here . Of course I'm not saying this is a perfect Tengu, but I think the author depicted exactly the kind of versatility we all expect from a T3 ship.

13. Lose your modular ship, you lose SP... - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
I don't like it. I know the sp loss is minimal and I'm sure I will fly a tengu around lowsec anyway. Still I don't like the logic behind this. I also fear that (if gets implemented) it will clear a path for more rules like this in future expansion...

Dumb carebear whiners. Local was a total mistake since the beginning. Still I agree that spamming "scan" is far from comfort. If the local is gone, the scanner must get a change soonÖ.
