Passive tank domi works nicely, fill lows with SPRIIs and the odd PDU (if you need cap), mids you want 2 rat-specific active t2 hardners and the rest extenders afaik. There's a thread floating about on this tho, try and find that. sgb

There's no point raising rate of fire as it will just increase your cap usage. Just fit 3 damage mods and max out your skills, and that is pretty much the best you can do. sgb

If you're in a BS (sig radius 500ms) you are very unlikely to be able to outrun all forms of damage post nano-nerf. It's still possible, but both difficult and expensive. You're looking at speeds of 8k/s+ IMO. sgb

They seem ok since you have to have multiple versions of the same module active against one ship to make them effective. On the other hand, they are slightly broken in 1v1s and similar - it's not much fun sitting in your ship while a curse whizze...
