I dont think its going to be much easier for gankers, chances are the folks who goto wormhole space WILL be bringing friends so they can tackel the rats better and they will most likely be more orintated in pvp skirmish fits, pvp fleet only fits have no room agianst the sleepers and traditional pve fits I can see being utterly useless, I mean there is really no way a battleship in wormhole space can manage to kill the npc rats there. =============

Quote: Sleepers dont drop modules or ammo at all I would love to have some of thier 1200 est. raw damage frigate missiles.
No bounties either? I wonder if this will remain as is.

The crew of the 'Morning Glory' breathed easy today as we finally pulled the ship back into Mies Astral Mining Station. How'd we got back to normal space is a pure mircale. She had structural damage across all decks and least 120 injuries, nothing the isk made from the salvage we retrived from unknown space couldn't cover. The ship however will take weeks to repair making it perfect training platform for the other shipyard workers who never understood how to better engineer thier ships.
After sitting down the senior employees of the company we agreed that we should try our luck again with exploring the greater unknown in a ship far better prepared, Gallente Kronos Class Advanced Battleship 'Lance of Heaven' was commissioned for the mission.
We set out to the same location we disseared at and began scanning. Low and behold we found our anomoly. Looking for voulenteer captains wasnt to hard, its like moths to the flame they seem to enjoy a thrill of something better than blasting away some lowly pirates after hearing my story of the first encounter. I requested they all fit for the fight of thier lives, about 8 pilots showed up few in logistics ship one in a Scorpion and few others in various heavier combat vessels. We entered the worm hole and here I was expecting to see the same system Ive entered before, but alas its not the case as shown here.
We checked navigations and just like last time even with enhanced astrometrics the was no bearing in our location and thus the entire map went on a fritz and blew up the mapping computers. Inter-solor system was however still operatble. To be sure we droped beacons at the wormholes exit and entrance, the moment the signal betweent the two probes we knew it would be time to get out.
We did our initial scans in search for any clues to this barren star system, low and behold a similar reading to last time. The fleet moved forth and cautiously approached the facility.
Then the doors on the facility opened up like coffins and out forth spawned the drones and it was met with others of its kind, these 'sleepers' sought to challenge our presensce, but we are prepared this time. We lashed out with our weapons and to our suprise, a full focal amount of our firepower put a minor dent in thier armor according to ships sensors.
As desperate we tried we couldnt for the sake of us sink these ships fast enough, as thier return fire proved quite fatal for some of our more esteeemed and over eager pilots flying beyond the safety of our repair suppor ships. Then things went bad to worse as new configuration of battleship appeared, unfourtinately the equipment that was gathering data for this got shot out. We where soon beginning to become out numbered and out flown, our drones where utterly usless against thier frigates which active tanked beyond thier damage ability and managed to out fly our fastest drones possible. But though sheer dumb luck and hardheadedness we where victor and began to take anything worth of value. With our cargo bays full and guns still cooling we left before the wormhole close, unfourtunatly two of the pilots didnt make it though the wormhole back out.
On my way back to Mies station to have our loot further analyzed and plan to sell the rest of it to other notorious rivals and partners, the crew alerted me we should pull over and investigate some armor damage refusing to be repaired. We stopped in a back water outpost there nothing really happens, and found a parttially intact bugger of a misille lodged in the hull unexploded, Finds was most interesting but beyond use/reproduction. until next time. =============
