I HIGHLY recommend checking that all your fans are working and clean, and your temperatures are OK. I have to clean my laptop fans about every 4-6 months or I get BSOD.
This being stated, prolonged exposure to high temperatures will cook a video card, processor, and memory, and can cause random BSOD (I've cooked video in the past and replaced it, and now a couple of months later memory is showing signs it needs replacing too).
Turning down graphic options helped (I dropped 20 degrees on the video GPU).
If not heat, I wish you luck in finding the solution.
