Hello as you know I sent a petition too CCP it has taken them 5!!! Days to send me a message back!!!!

In all fairness we all pay z15 a month to play for that I expect a little professionalism and waiting 5 days for a reply for some thing thatFs urgent is not good enough. I donFt know what there playing at but when I receive a complaint about a service I offered I deal with it with in 24 hours I would like to know what CCP are going to do to compensate me and you for making us wait for 5 days for a answer?
Ether way your have your charter with in 12 hours IF there so called new system is working. .
