Latest EVE Apochribba running with the following specs:
Athlon XP2000+/512Mb/Geforce4 4000MX (basically a rebranded geforce2)
Nice view of a caldari station with a planet in the background
Amarr shuttle in a belt with one kernite roid left
Playing the market works fine
Spinning in station may cause seizures
All done with the use of the freeware software 3D Analyze, which made my crappy laptop usable for setting skills and playing the market with the latest EVE patch.
All explained in this thread in Issues, Workarounds & Localization forum.

Screenies look promising for those on outdated video hardware :)
I'm using a 6 year old motherboard (Abit IC7-MAX3) with AGP Geforce 7600 GT and I get 30-50 FPS with everything enabled and maxed out, compared to the 10-20 that I would get in Quantum Rise with all options enabled.
Got a older PC and would love to be able to log a second account on it, will totally check this out :)

Yeah! Being able to use my old laptop when I'm at school or travelling is great. The best part is that I didn't try to experiment with all the settings in 3D Analyze, so someone with a better graphics card could get much better results (afaik graphics card screenies was taken on don't support shaders in hardware at all).

Thanks! I find this very useful as well, since I can log in an alt on a crappy laptop and bump orders or salvage/loot while I do other stuff on my main. Wouldn't be a problem to use it to mine either, as the engine is fully functional in space.
