not really sure tbh but to hazard a guess by looking @ other characters for sale here of comparable sp id say somewhere near 5bil

good rule of thumb that seems to beholding true. An uber duber heavily specialised char will go for lots because well there specialised and people pay nice for specialised. any where from 300 to 400 isk per mil depending what it is speced in
A char thats heavily cross trained most people arent as interested in 250 to 300 isk per mil
not allways the case its a buyers market some folks will pay high and some wontt liek i said just a rule of thumb to gauge it by
also depends on how long your willing to take sell a toon if your in a hurry to id say you probly get 4 bil no problem 5 bil you might take several days. Then again someone might see your toon and think its perfect for them and hand over 5 bil in a heart beat just depends
