KInkamache Caldari Beasts of Burden	Posted - 2009.03.16 16:00:00 - [1] I have post a petition already but i want to ask here to see if anyone have the same issue. I am having problems fitting Covert Ops Cloaking device, basically what happen is that is asking me for 400 cpu TO ACTIVATED. i have recon to 4 as well as Covert Ops and Cloaking device. Am i missing anything here or it looks like my character is Bugged. Thanks in Advance
