I am offering a well trained agentrunning character for sale.

Here are the benefits:
- greatly trained missiles;
- greatly trained shield tank
- Caldari BS 5 lvl, so it will allow you to take best from CNR or a regular raven;
- greatly trained Social skills, it will allow you to make best profit from combat agents;
- positive SS, able to fly in high sec systems;
- all Empire standings allow to fly through any Empire;
- positive standings to Caldari and Amarr - start earning ISK on their agents right now (best caldari agents are availible);
- and the greatest benefit - positive standings to Angel Cartel (lvl 4 +20 quality availible), Intaki Syndicate, Serpentis, Thukker Tribe and Sansha's Nation - so you can run the best agents in any null-sec space.
Remap was not done and is availible now.
Wallet is positive.
Character is located in highsec.
Starting bid is 2.5 bil.
Bid increment 100 mil.
Buyout 5 bil.
Auction will end at 23rd march 1900 EVE-time or when the buyout will be offered.

As it was stated in the 1st post, the buyout was named as 5 billion, and the |TOP| character bidded that money first.
