Before I start rat hunting in my battleship: If im in the middle of hunting rats, and all the sudden my internet crashes and my bs warps out, will I lose my ship? Even if my shield wasnt even below 50%? If my ship was lost would it be replaced? Is there a way they can tell if it was deliberate or not, so that it would should I wasn't in threat of losing my ship and did it intentionally.

if you are not being scrambled, your ship will warp out, and when you log back on, your ship will be 1mil km from where it was.
if it gets destroyed, theres no compensation for your loss. its completely impossible for the gm's to differentiate between a real crash and someone unplugging the computer.

Didn't NPCs tend to stop shoting after the user got disconnected?
But even if they still do, the EVE-Server still needs around 10-30seconds to detect a broken line, if you don't last that long... BAM.

I'm fairly sure your modules will remain active until you enter warp or your ships cloaks at its semi safe spot, so if you have defence running you should be considerably safe.
