Boost the Cynabal, Ashimmu and every other sub par faction ship.

Gila is in serious need of a boost. Seriously, for what they cost pirate faction ships ought to compete with or outperform T2.

I think, all Guristas ship must be changed. Better way if they took from Caldary EW bonus and from Gallente's hybrid bonuses, today bonus fro launchers and hybrids in same time is unuseless

Yeah it's long overdue but they're busy with a lot of stuff at the moment.
Still, It'd be nice if they looked at fixing it within the next 6 months or so.

its not that much of a work, just balance them a bit and give them some role ingame...
vindi: a rep bonus and dmg bonus (king of shortrange), now the hyp outtanks it and some more things, just do it like the sansha ships =).

Dramiel badly needs a 3rd turret point The model even seems to have the places for a 3rd pair of turrets to go, maybe a long forgotten mistake?

you should probably list the "useless" ships, and recommended changes. You cant say "HAY BALANCE MY PRETTY SHIPS" and not give them an idea as to what needs changing.

as i dont know every single ship ingame it is not that easy...
i would suggest to change the weapon system like the sansha ships.
Bs:
4x turrent/missle points with 100% dmg bonus
Vindicator:
5% to large hybrid dmg and 7.5% armor repair bonus and maybe a 8th low slot. (for good dmg and that it maybe can beat plated bs 1 vs 1 (with faction fit))
bahlgorn:
dont knot it exactly, maybe allow it to use nos like the old one and a res bonus.
rattlesnake:
a res bonus and maybe a rof bonus, or change it to a ewar bs.
machariel:
give it a speed bonus, as it is a useless ship right now, maybe like 30-50ms speed per lvl, would be lovely to see some nano bs, and it should not be that common couse of the price... just some unique ships with nice bonuses would be awesome =)
smaller ships: specialice them more and no split weapon systems (dramiel...)

The Vidi was awsome in a time a moved at 1600m/s and didnŠt cap out during running 2 Reps. Than Rigs, a lot more tanky Ships and several speed nerfs entered the game, and the QR patch was as mutch solo BS hostile as it can be(especialy to Blaster BS). Vidi and Vigilant(the frig was pointless anyway) lost most of her agility speed advantage over the time without any adjustments(a Vidi is about 43m/s faster than a Mega after armor Rigs ). I personaly couldnŠt care less about Tank bonuses on Blaster ships, I personaly would change the cap penalty of the MWD(add 20% more base cap and drop it) and add 15% Falloff per Mini BS level and make the Serpentis ships fast and agile again(20-30% more speed). With this they can performe a role a Kronos/Hyperion/Mega/Navy Mega for example canŠt perfome a fast Blastership with vastly increased combat range, a true mix of the Minmatar Range/Speed flexiblity and the Gallente Blaster combat concept.
Also if you in qestion if a faction fitted Pirate\Navy BS can take down a plated BS in a 1o1 (even fully slaved with tons of HP) you shouldnŠt bother with ballancing this things. ---- Nerf Tank - Boost Gank!

No to giving the marauder/Nightmare turret bonuse better to have then unique
As for the Bhaalgorn i would would suggest as a general change for the bloodraider ships special ability of 150 or 200% bonus to nos/neut/web range Amarr bonus: same as current. Minmatar Bonus :10% bonus to webbification ammount per level (same as paladin/kronos have) The blood raider ships also need a much needed look at PG/CPU as do many of the faction ships.
Fleet tempest needs more CPU so it can realistically fit a shield tank, firetail and scythe need single weapon systems not split
Angel if anything other than fitting (PG/CPU) changes perhaps an MWD speed bonus or a MWD sig reduction bonus like ceptors (seems appropriate considering halos)
Guristas: Remove the hybrid bonus from gallente and give it well im not sure one of perhaps ECM, Shield booster cap use (i know alot of people passive tank em) , Sensordamps (would make it a bit unusal combo), whatever.
Serpentis: Perhaps and armor rep bonus as suggested above or HP bonus and again balancing of PG/CPU. Remove frig split weapons.
Caldari Navy: hookbill again remove split weapons not sure on PG/CPU ect. Navy Osprey no idea navy caracal seems ok right now and CNR still seems to have some favour with alot of mission runners (and has a few nice uses elsewhere).
Gallente Navy: Navy mega more CPU other ships im not so clued up on
Amarr navy: no idea
I would also like to see Faction battlecruisers and destroyers (tho i know destroyers will be more of a collecters item untill that class gets boosted) for a start it would be nice to get rid of the angel and sansha faction not having distict looking ships like the rest of theirs

The only real viable faction ships currently is the Sansah ones, well the Phantasm and the NM anywasy. Frig is ok ish, but not anything special.
Navy Caracal can replace a Cerb to some degree, but it has fitting problmes to get that 6th launcher on there.

Yeah, bring rest of navy BS' to level of CNR, or downgrade CNR to be in line with other navy ships.
Also wouldnt mind seeing the actual pirate BS' boosted ever so slightly.
Sansha BS is generally speaking fine, and it's prolly only one seeing very active use.
Split weaponsystems are bit of a bane on machariel's raw dps potential, it doesnt have the nanofit anymore either, so speed or more focus, please?
Vindicator suffers from same issues than bthron setups, also they havent scaled up to retain same position that they had pre-hp boost / rigs / need for speed.
Bhaalgor is a ship fit for one tactical nichT that I've never even flewn, wont comment on it. Experts kick in (And no, not you, eft warrior.)
Rattlesnake: Im not quite sure what to make out of this one, really. 6 launchers is all well, 6 low's 6 mids can fit one nasty setup I'd venture a guess. But in reality CNR with 7 launchers should outperform this one. Wich is just stupid as far I believe that pirate BS' are ment to be superior to navy BS'.
Downscaling CNR to 6 slots that it should have, and same PG / CPU, with nothing more than more effective HP & 1 extra mid or slow, aka to be in line with other navy ships, would make rattlesnake see more use, and giving rattle the 7th launcher slot from CNR would make it trully a ship worth flying.
Aka swap CNR's and rattle's roles.
Just my 2 cents and Im about to get slaughtered by missionrunners in their CNR's, but fact is that the ship is out of line. Imo Rattlesnake should be turret only ship to be really unique - caldari raven-like design with six turrets is pure win. Leave gallente bonus as it is then change useless caldari bonus to something like hybrid rof, tracking, shield resistance etc or gief it ecm bonus.

I dare to disagree, I think CNR should be brought in line with other navy ships and rattlesnake should take its place as 7-launcherpoint missionrunner. Its hardly realistic that only caldari ship gains bonus CPU and an extra weaponslot compared to other ships, or if it really needs that, why does raven not get this?
Its hardly balanced if CNR is only ship directly gain odd 15% damage in form of a weaponslot.
Most other faction ships gain a single low, wich would mean, usually, third heatsink, hardly 15% increase, no? And that is BEFORE we take in account that the bonus with raven isnt penalized with the damage mods, should you want to fit more.
Now if the ship in question would be rattlesnake, a billion isk, and even more if the demand for the ship would rise to CNR level, it'd be fairly balanced as if you put that much cash in ship you should get something very nice in return, likeso nightmare. ---------------------------------------------------- My views do not represent those of my alliance, corporation or myself. summary of all above:
Machariel: change the Minnie bs bonus to 10% speed per lvl, need maybe to change the dmg bonus from 25 to 50%, if not a vaga outdmg it .
Rattlesnake: change it to a hybrid ship with maybe ability to passive tank, or change it to a ecm ship (not the best idea i think).
Vindicator: 50% dmg bonus as role bonus, gallente gives 7.5% rep bonus per lvl and minnie gives 7.5% tracking bonus.
bhaalgorn: no idea

The navy vexor needs a real drone bay!
When looking at other faction cruisers of that tier : -Omen navy is great, much firepower, drones, I have one and a zealot, I still can't decide which one is best unless I need more range. -Caracal navy issue had some bonus launchers in the patch, I can't evaluate too much, as I don't fly them, but it seems good (maybe not as good as the omen?) -Stabber fleet must be the fastest cruiser class ship now, with firepower, it's really a cool ship. -Vexor navy issue received no boost in the patch, it has 100m3 drones for 100mb/s bandwidth. When others can be compared to their HAS counterpart, the vexor is only a joke compared to an ishtar. The lack of dronebay offers no flexibility, it is exactly the same size as the standard vexor's one. So, while other navy versions had a boost to their main weaponry, the vexor was left behind.
And for the pirate faction other ships, the changes in the sansha made them incredible ships (and their price too, for a reason), other pirate ships need a boost too. Some may say that they should all turned to marauder-like as sansha were boosted, but I think that some of them could also be recon ship like (maybe not the force recons ability to cloak, but some EW would be good, including boosting the blood raider ships to be good nosf platforms as the amarr recons are, the current bonuses are not enough).

I don't care whether you think faction is supposed to be better then tech 2 or not.
Fact of the matter is faction are as expensive than tech 2 for cruisers and a lot more expensive than tech 2 for frigates.
It's easier to buff the weaker ones then just make all faction ships cheaper because their are glaring differences between the strength of the same ships that cost the same from the LP for different races.
