Miners and PvPers are part of the same logical set. Not just because mining is a subset of PvP (which it is), but because combat PvPers are just as capable of mining as anyone else.

I myself have Mining 4 and can fly a mining Rokh as well as the next guy. I also have 2 characters with Exhumers 4.
