If you scoop-up an un-anchored container of someone else's not in your corp, does that flag you?

Nope, you do not get flagged. If the can has a password just repackage it in station and anything inside will pop out. <-------------------------------------------------> "Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former." -Albert Einstein |

Good to know. So I can snag containers and start more chaos. Great. "You like to drill?" "I hate the dentist." "No...drill!! Drill!! "I'm enlisting."

Edited by: Ms Delerium on 25/04/2009 15:30:31 It's one of the funniest thing to do in highsec. It causes tons of anger on the other side
Not only the lost their ore, but also a 200k isk container. So results are worse than jetcanning. This is uberfrustrating. And causes them to learn a valuable lesson, and actually read the game mechanics before reading (for example, you cant anchor things over 0.8 or higher)

Or it causes them to come to the forum and whine and complain in the hopes that somehow the game will be changed to the way they think it should work. --------------------------------------------

Ehh...one way or the other, the lesson is learned. One just involves more "GB2/WoW" and "lol n00b" comments than the other. --------------------------------------------------

No, not at all, where did you get that idea? There is no security loss involved with any sort of theft, the only time you lose security status is if you actually shoot or activate an offensive module on someone. To steal ore or scoop cargo containers etc. is something that CONCORD completely ignores. <-------------------------------------------------> "Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former." -Albert Einstein |
